Chef Stefano Cipollone is first generation Italian American. Born and raised in South Florida, Stefano grew up in his father’s Italian kitchens. During his youth, he spent the summers in South America and found inspiration for future travels to Colorado, Alaska, and now Oregon, where he calls home with his Wife Anna and son Luca.
